Aerovac Ltd is a family business that was founded in 1963. The company is set in the heart of the Cotswolds in the town of Tetbury. There is easy access from the M5 (Junction 13 or 14), M4 (Junction 15), Bristol (1/2 hour), Swindon (1/2 hour) and London (1 hour).

Aerovac offers a facility that will take you from a drawing, sketch, model or idea through to a production item.

Photographic Developing Dishes

The company always had Developing Dishes in stock which will serve a variety of purposes, but are mainly used for photographic developing.

Manufactured from 6mm thick ABS with multiple holes, machine as per picture.

Ready for production line.

Polypropylene and polyethylene component such as wheel arches and mud guards suitable for all applications.

Drilled and machined ready take electric motor.

Thermoformed in PVC then welded into soft PVC binder

ABS thermoformed drilled and trimmed ready for assembly

Two halves riveted and bonded together then polythene foam liner bonded in.

The raw materials we use we will also sell to other moulders.

Glos high impact polystyrene. Ready to put on shop counters and dill with product.

Two halves to go around cable joint and fill with resin.

Clear PVC packing ready to load product and fold and clip together.

Clear window fixed with silicon to metal case.

Delivered packed and ready for production line.
